The process sheet is a guiding document in clothing processing, which puts forward detailed requirements for clothing specifications, sewing, ironing, packaging, etc. It also clarifies details such as clothing accessory matching and stitch density. Each process in clothing processing should strictly follow the requirements of the process sheet.

The sample production requires accurate dimensions and complete specifications. The contour lines of the relevant parts accurately match. The sample should indicate the clothing model number, parts, specifications, and quality requirements, and be stamped with a sample composite seal at the relevant splicing points. After completing the process sheet and sample development work, small-scale production of sample clothes can be carried out, and non conformities can be corrected in a timely manner according to customer and process requirements. Process difficulties can be tackled to facilitate the smooth progress of large-scale assembly operations. The sample clothing becomes one of the important inspection criteria after being confirmed and signed by the customer.
